2. Ginger and Honey: Ginger and honey is very helpful in cough it also loosens the mucus and releases it. Take a tablespoon of Ginger juice and add 2 tablespoons of honey, mix them well and take it like a syrup two times a day.

6. Mustard oil: Pour 5-6 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon ajwain in half a bowl of hot oil and heat it well, when the color of garlic turns dark brown then turn off the gas, when cools, filter the oil.
