Types of Diabetes:

Type 1 Diabetes:  Diabetes, in which Pancreas stops producing insulin, in which case synthetic insulin is injected, which keeps the body from getting sugars. The survival of type 1 diabetic patients depend on insulin injections only.

Type 2 Diabetes: Diabetes occurred in which our body becomes insulin resistant. In this case, Pancreas insulin either produces less or is unable to control blood sugar levels. Type-2 diabetes can be controlled by changing lifestyles, changing food, increasing physical activity, doing yoga, and taking essential medicines.

Risk Factor: The following factors can increase your risk of developing type 1 diabetes:

Diet to be avoided:

  •   Avoid sugar and sweet items also reduce the intake of salt.
  •   Rice, potatoes, meat, poultry, smoking, tobacco and alcohol consumption, etc.
  • Artificial sweetener which is known as sugar-free.
  •  Junk food and soft drinks, new cereal, yogurt, sugarcane juice, seasonal, banana, pomegranate, fig, Chiku, sweet apple, sweet grape, beet, turnip, sweet mango, etc.
  • Avoid processed or canned foods.

Diet should be taken:

  1. Mix 1 part of barley flour, 1 part black chickpea flour and 4 parts of whole-wheat flour. Use this mixed flour to prepare pancakes and bread. Use water kept 8-10 hours before in a vessel made of Vijayasar wood.
  2. Stevia is a plant that is naturally sugar-free, it can be consumed by grinding its leaves, drying, making powder or making tablets. Its made tablets are also available in the market.
  3. Take moong, pigeon pea, gram pulse.
  4. Bitter gourd, parwal. Vegetables of gourd, luffa, tomato, pumpkin, cucumber, cucumber, green chilies, spinach, bathua, onion, garlic, okra, fenugreek, radish, sahjin etc.
  5. Lemon, Gooseberries, guava, papaya, sour apple, watermelon, etc., all fruits with astringent juice can be consumed. Use Neem and fenugreek seeds.
  6. Use faded milk, buttermilk and lassi.
  7. The use of Extract of Hibiscus and Rubus can eliminate diabetes.
What to do after meal:

  1. After the meal, go for a walk at least 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. You should not work sitting in one place for a long time.
  3. You should not sleep during the day after meals.
  4. One should stay away from stress and obesity.
  5. You should not work until late at night.
  6. Sleeping late at night and sleeping in the morning should not be a habit.
  7. One must have positive thinking.
  8. Take meals on time, do not eat too much.
